About the Process:
Each of our prints is meticulously crafted to order, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Here’s what you can expect when ordering:
Production Time: All prints are custom-made and require 7–10 business days for production. Once the print arrives to me, I personally inspect it to ensure it meets the highest standards before shipping it directly to you.
Shipping: After inspection, your order is carefully packaged and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
Damage-Free Guarantee: Every effort is made to ensure your print arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event of damage during shipping, please contact me immediately for a resolution.
Return Policy:
At Timothy Paul Smith Photography, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are the details of our return policy:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or a full refund.
Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed and the production process has started, cancellations cannot be accepted. However, if you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you before production begins.
Returns for Other Reasons: Due to the nature of custom prints, we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Return Process: To begin the return process for a damaged or defective item, please contact us at tpsmithp@gmail.com. We’ll guide you through the steps, including how to return the damaged print. Once we receive it, we will resolve the issue promptly.
